What we collect, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by WT Partners, LLC ("WT Partners", "we", "us"), a professional consulting firm headquartered in Florida, United States. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, email info@wtpartners.com.

2. What this site does not do

• It does not set cookies of any kind: no session cookies, no preference cookies, no advertising cookies.
• It does not use analytics or visitor-tracking tools.
• It does not load fonts, scripts, images, or other content from third-party services, so no other company records your visit through this site.
• It does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and it does not add anyone to a mailing list.

3. Information you send through the contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, organization, email address, the topic you select, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give it.

We use this information for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry.

When you submit the form, the message is delivered to our email inbox. Two service providers are involved in that delivery: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and runs the code that processes the form, and Resend, which sends the email. Both handle the message only for the purpose of delivering it to us.

The message then lives in our email system for as long as it is relevant to the conversation it started. If you would like it deleted, ask us at the address above and we will do so.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If you need to share something confidential, email us first and we will arrange a secure way to exchange it.

4. Information collected automatically

Like every website, this one is served by computers that keep short-lived technical logs. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, records the internet address (IP address) that requested each page, the page requested, the time, and the browser type, and uses this to serve the site securely and to protect it against abuse. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its own privacy policy.

Our contact-form code also uses the requesting IP address for two protective purposes: to limit how many messages one address can send in a short period, and to note the country of origin on the message we receive. This is not linked to any other data and is not used to identify or profile you.

5. When we share information

We share the information described above only with the service providers named in sections 3 and 4, and only so they can host the site and deliver your message. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept in our email system for as long as they are relevant to the conversation, and are deleted on request. Hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period according to its own policy and are not kept by us.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@wtpartners.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor those where they apply.

Because the site sets no cookies and uses no trackers, there is nothing to opt out of on the site itself.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact form checks every submission on the server before sending it, delivers messages as plain text, and does not store your message anywhere other than our email system.

9. Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that changes how the site handles information, for example by adding analytics or an embedded service, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
